Great for Outdoor Activity
I've been using Heliocare for a couple of years: first, the original formula and now, the Ultra formula. I play tennis for a few hours, several days a week along with other outdoor activities, and I have not had a sunburn in all of that time. I use the Heliocare pills and EltaMD sunscreen together, so I cannot attribute the positive effects to those products individually, but together they work wonders. Even though I worshipped the sun as a teen/young adult, I feel that I don't look the almost 50 years I've been around. : )

Heliocare has been a great addition to sunblock cream. My dermatologist recommended it since I surf regularly. I believe it adds about 5 SPF and let's face it--every bit helps!

Ive been using the regular strength HELIOCARE supplement for years and when this came out I had to try it. It works just as well as the lower strength supplement. I would recommend this one if you are going to be on vacation or outside all day. It will prevent burning in addition with sunscreen.
