This is a very good product - it didn’t irritate at all, and did help with smoothing out the scar. I prefer the Alastin Skin Regenerative Nectar to this product- but they also can be layered. The Skinmedica scar product is a very good product, non irritating and stays on overnight. I really like their TNS serum and hoping to see even better results with layering that under the scar gel.

Scar Gel That Works!

My daughter fell and had to get stitches on her face back in March. The doctor recommended this to me, and she has been using this product for about 8 months now and I couldn’t be more happy with this product as her scar is barely noticeable. We started seeing results after the first month of use when her scar was closed and the color was looking more like the rest of her skin color. The gel is thick, but the tubing makes it super easy to put on, especially on the face. It can leave a bit of goldish residue, but that may just be that we used a bit too much product a couple of times. If you have any scars, I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I have a few recent scars on my face from surgery. Used this product for over a month with no major wow factor. I’m sure product helped since the scars aren’t red, but one scar is still slightly raised. I had no allergic reactions, gel wasn’t sticking and dried relatively quickly. Though as expensive as it was, I expected more results. I used this product exclusively on several scars and vitamin e on another and the scar I put vitamin e on looks better. I wouldn’t recommend due to the price and lack of great results.

scar lightened in one week!
