I have been using this body scrub for about 3 weeks. It has worked brilliantly since day 1!! Such a great exfoliator!! It sloughs off all the dead skin and leaves my skin so smooth and shiny!! This cream has a nice smell and goes on smoothly. As far as body contouring, I have been using it on my arms and noticed a slight improvement. My arms do seem a little smoother after I apply the cream. I think it is probably temporary (or more of an illusion) and not a permanent change, however I will take all the help I can get.
