Production Supervisor/Fulfillment Center

Thanks to incredible growth, LovelyGroup is looking to add a Production Supervisor to LovelySkin’s ecommerce Distribution Center. This role will partner closely with our Director of Operations and fellow DC managers/supervisors to oversee the process of shipping out thousands of orders per day to our valued customers. Recently recognized with the USPS’s Shipping and Ecommerce Innovation Award, LovelySkin is home to state-of-the-art automation and processes to make it a DC/fulfillment center unlike any other. What you’ll enjoy doing everyday:

The Production Supervisor will be a key contributor to the overall productivity of our DC team members, and work with shipping carriers and suppliers.

• Direct the day-to-day processes for our picking and packing teams.
• Co-lead in the operational daily priorities to ensure daily shipping deadlines are met. 
• Provide support, coaching and encouragement to the dc teams to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate and evaluate operations procedures for improvement in total quality, accuracy, productivity, service, and cost effectiveness.
• Share regular supervisory duties of normal daily warehouse production, including supervisory duties every other Saturday.
• Expert technician of warehouse equipment and their regular maintenance and operations.
• Train and role model best practices to DC Associate staff for the picking and packing process 
• Model proper safety best practices and OSHA requirements
• Additional duties as assigned.

What you bring to the team: 

• Previous warehouse or order-filling experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of direct-to-consumer fulfillment operations
• High attention to detail
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, tight deadline environment

• Must be able to stand for 9-12+ hour shifts
• Seasonal overtime should be expected

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Must be able to stand for 10+ hour shifts
• Ability to be forklift certified
