packaging issues

I received a sample of this and I liked it mainly because it smelled like flowers. But when I ordered the regular size I couldnt stand the packaging. Its a tube with a pump top that slipped out of my hands each time I tried to get some out. For almost $100 I had better be in love... I was not. Sending it back.
