I use Black Parti-Pris, which is black as night. For a dramatic statement mascara, it's surprisingly ungloppy and doesn't leave black particles embedded under my eyes. That is, as long as I resist the temptation to use too much and pat a tiny bit of powder over my under eye concealer.
