I was referred to this product by my aesthetician. It protects your skin from sun while healing from acne while it also helps prevent new outbreaks. It goes well over moisurizer without making skin feel tacky. I've been using this for over a year. My skin is clear thanks in part to this product. Great for oily/acne prone skin
I've only been using this for a few weeks but already I am so pleased with it that I'm buying more. I appreciate how much lighter it is than my other sunscreens so I can reapply and not feel like I'm buried under 3 layers of goo on a hot day. I have melasma so I am probably hyper-vigilant about my sun exposure, and am so glad to have found this product. I'm very prone to breakouts, too, so I don't switch products very often, but I actually think my skin is LESS oily and more clear with this sunscreen, perhaps because of the niacinamide. I am an avid user of sunscreens and based upon the reviews I thought this would be great. I have applied it in several different ways with and without moisturizer and with and without makeup. No matter what I do, the product pills on me. So disappointed and frustrated in the morning when makeup is my last step getting ready and I have to take it ALL off and start over. I have mostly oily skin and am pretty much allergic to nothing. Age is 50+.

I've used this product for years with no problems. However, after using a new retinol product, that made my skin peel a little, I had to temporarily stop using it because it made my skin sting and turn red. Not sure why, maybe the 5% Niacinamide. I went back to using it after a few weeks, with no problems.

I tried tons of spfs and foundations with spfs and everything would either make me break out or make my face an oil slick. This spf is amazing! It doesn't smell like spf and doesn't cause oiliness. It goes on smooth and actually makes my foundation look better. If you are prone to breaking out I would recommend this spf, and make sure to avoid spfs with avobenzone because it causes breakouts in a lot of people.

Another Good SPF from Elta MD
This product is recommended in my dermatologist office. I have used the untinted for many years with great success. At first I did not like the tinted. It seemed dark and my complexion is light. I decided to give the tinted a second try. So far it has worked out well. The color very subtly evens out red but does not cover acne or dark circles. It does give a healthy wash of color. I think I will continue to use it, same great formula as the untinted. It would be great if they offer a third shade option at some point.
