This is very greasy and def would leave you a heavy white cast. At the same time, it is truly water-resistant, and I trust the SPF 50. The application cannot compare with other sunscreen Elta carried (I use UV clear daily) but would be a good choice for sweaty sports day.

I wear this Elta sunscreen in the summer because it has a higher SPF, so it's good for heat and sweat. I use it primarily on my neck and chest because it stings my eyes for some reason. It is clear and lightweight. In the winter I wear the Clear 46 Elta, which, in my opinion, is a perfect daily sunscreen because it's broad spectrum and completely sheer. It also doesn't interact negatively with my other skincare products.

Before, I got tanned so quick after under the sun for a while. After using this sunscreen, I feel I remain to my own skin tone. It is light but is a little oily. If I need foundation, I apply less. It works well too. I will not use any other brands anymore. This size is a good deal, but the 3 oz. size is good for putting it in the purse for easy carry and can apply anytime.

My husband wears glasses and has a beard, so he hates any greasy sunscreen which ends up getting on his glasses and doesn't like any sunscreen that is too thick and gets stuck in the edge of his beard. This one is not at all greasy, goes on white but is invisible when dry, is fairly thin and rubs in quickly, and has never caused a breakout. I think this is an effective, easy sunscreen to use. Great sport sunscreen!
I hate the feel of sunscreen on my skin - Not Elta MD sunscreen! I use several for different occasions - UV Clear for the day to day, UV Facial for days when I need a little extra moisture and extra protection, UV Sport when I know I'm going to be outside for extended periods of time. I use this mostly on my body and then do UV Facial on my face for outdoor sports, yard work, etc. It rubs in a little more white than the UV Facial but eventually it turns clear as you rub it in. My dad was over one day and tried it and liked it so much I bought it for him for when he golfs. He was tired of his regular sunscreen sweating into his eyes - Loves this b/c it protects you and doesn't sweat off.
