A lighter weight, flattering light shade that would suit many skin tones. I use a thicker moisturizer underneath in the winter. This lightweight formula dries a bit more matte than others. I've tried many sunscreens and the Exuviance Sheer Daily Protector SPF 50 is definitely my favorite. I use Retin A and this sunscreen works great with my sensitive, acne prone skin. The Sheer Daily Protector is very lightweight, goes on sheer, and leaves a nice, smooth finish. I don't wear foundation, I just add a little powder over this sunscreen. This product had no smell that I could notice, and I have a pretty sensitive nose. This sunscreen is rated very low on EWG, which is a big plus for me.

I was looking for a sunscreen which also works as a foundation base. I was surprised because this product was tinted lotion. I thought that I bought a tinted moisturizer but it wasnt. The color disappeared when I rubbed this lotion over my face. Its a little bit oily feeling but not greasy. This must be effective to build make up products over this base.
