The skin under my eyes seems to have become more dry since pregnancy, which leads to concealer to noticeably settle into the natural lines under the lower eyelid. This drives me crazy, so I am always looking for a good eye cream! I find that Neocutis moisturizes the best! I have tried Revision, Regenica, Skin Medica, Cerave, and a few others I'm sure - and this is the most moisturizing for the under eye area! Also helps with reducing makeup settling into lines, and reduces the look of fine lines in general. I have been using this for about 6 months now, and am happy with the results!

It is effective at reducing puffiness, fine lines, and dark circles. I recently ran out of a container and had to wait a week to receive my replacement. Going a week without this eye cream made a noticeable difference under my eyes. It's a product that I can't go without. It would be nice if the manufacturer changed the packaging so that it would be easier to see when you are nearing the end of a container.
