It does have a bit of a smell that the manufacturer says are natural vitamins so it does not have a fragrance. But the smell goes away after it soaks in your skin. Doesn’t leave any sticky or tacky skin. I use it once a day in the morning then put my moisturizer on. It does leave the skin with a healthy looking glow nothing to shiny. For me it did very slightly tingle at first for a few days which is normal for a good vit c and does go away after a few mins. My skin is now used to it so it no longer does that. Very good product.
