I have been using this cream twice a day. My plastic surgeon recommended it to me and I have been using it for 2 yrs. I like and it’s not a heavy cream, and it makes your face nice and soft. I have seen a big improvement, but I use several of there products so it’s hard to say, but I would recommend all there products. Only gave it 4 stars because of the price. I need to use a moisturizer with this product, but it does deliver results. I overdid the retinol and the sensitive skin on cheekbones near the eyes became very dry and had a "cracking" appearance–awful. Applied other post-procedure treatment products, but it didn't help. After one use of the Lipid Restore and AGE Interrupter, I saw a significant improvement in the affected area.

Effects wear off
Two years ago, I would have given this product 5 stars as it was the best deep moisturizer I had ever used in many decades of life with dry skin. I would have said it was worth every penny of its high price. But then about 9 months ago, the product stopped working as well. My skin was still soft on the surface, but the deep supple feeling was gone. I think I may need to move on to something else. Sigh...
