You get what you pay for. This is an excellent product - except for the packaging - hence 4 stars. I've used it for 2 months twice a day. A little does go a long way. Texture, tone, fine lines, spots - all improved. Just wish the pump dispensed more evenly. You have to tap it and even then, it gets stuck. Since you can't see how much is left, it really is difficult to throw away what might not be a completely empty bottle. I'm here tonight to purchase my 2nd bottle.

I am still using the TNS serum even though I find the smell, the packaging and the price somewhat disagreeable. I do think I MIGHT be noticing an improvement in my skin texture...so I feel that more time is needed. I do think LovelySkin has very competitive pricing AND they are a legit distributor. I stopped looking to buy this "cheap" because I was pretty confident I wasn't getting authentic products.

I have extremely dry sensitive skin because of my eczema. This product didn't irritate my skin at all. I have only used it for a month more or less. I noticed my skin brighter and smoother. I haven't really seen any improvement in wrinkles maybe I need more time. My only complaint is that at the beginning I lost a lot of product because after I dispensed the product it continued to come out. So when I use it again there was like 2 pumps of product dripped all over. I felt I lost money. Because it's so expensive. I don't now if I would buy it again because of the price.

I've using SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum for a few months. I know that many doctors and aestheticians recommend this product, but it is not cheap so I hold on trying it until recently. My first bottle, something was wrong either with the pump or whatever, only the white serum comes out, not the red one. I called LovelySkin and they were so nice to send out a replacement. Very good customer service. So far I can't say I have seen dramatic result, but anything takes time and I will continue to use it.

Good outweighs the smell
I read several reviews that mentioned the smell. They were right. It stinks. BUT it absorbs quickly so the smell only lasts a tiny bit of time. I haven’t had mine long enough to vouch for long term use, but pretty sure I can already see improvement! Plan on ordering again!

Great product that needs better packaging
I absolutely love the performance of this product. However, I despise the packaging. The two chambers are hard to empty completely, but aren’t able to be opened to scrape out any remaining product still stuck inside. When you pay this much for a facial product, you want to get every last drop.
