Really great product and does seem to live up to its claims. I do take off one star for the delivery system, as it often clogs and does not disperse evenly. I do sometimes find it a bit drying and usually augment with a hyaluronic acid serum to counteract the drying effect it has on my skin.

It took about 3 months of consistent use of this product, but I see a decrease in hyperpigmentation all over my face. I have oily and acne-prone skin, and I was so relieved this didn't irritate my skin at all. My skin looks better and more smooth. I'm giving this 4 stars because of the price. This really does result in softer, smoother skin, better skin tone and less visible pores. I saw a change within 3 weeks. It smells pretty bad when first applied, but the scent disappears quickly. I've used Obagi, Skinceuticals and Dermalogica, love them, and this ranks right up there. Yes, it's expensive, but it actually does help.

This product was recommended by my dermatologist to use after I had the procedure. So I am not sure if the the improvement is a result of the product, the treatment or the combination of both. I am on my second bottle of the TNS...I do think that I can see a difference so I am going to give it a fair shot and time to work as I know it is not a miracle cream. It makes my face feel amazing and I can see a subtle difference. However, it is very expensive! (The reason for 4 stars) I will try it for 3 bottles and if there is no major difference I will not buy again.

I really like this serum. I have used a few other serums in the past and even though I have only been using it a little less than a month it seems to be working very well. I like the silkiness that my skin feels after I put it on. I haven't noticed a huge change in my skin but will continue to use it in the future. I started using TNS Essential Serum around two years ago. I have never been loyal to a skincare regimen until I started using the SkinMedica line - and now I'm hooked because the result for me is noticeable. The only reason I had to dock one star in the rating is the packaging! Product is close to perfect but I don't like that you can't tell you're running low/out of product until it just stops coming out! I wish they would incorporate a way to see how much product one has remaining. Otherwise, I recommend this product!
