Love this Not drying
I have dry sensitive skin. I read other reviews saying it dried out their eye area. Everyone’s skin is different. I do have dry sensitive skin, but prefer a lightweight eye cream. I love ever about this. I have dark circles & fine lines in my eye area. This has helped immensely. It’s not Botox or filler so don’t expect those results from an eye cream, but it significantly reduced those issues for me. I was recently in for a consultation w my dermatologist for Botox after using this eye cream for a few weeks. We did my forehead & discussed other options, but was told that my eye area is the least of my problems. I agree after using this eye cream that it has significantly reduced hollowness, the appearance of my dark circles, and it has filled in my fine lines. Before this I was contemplating filler. Won’t be without this!

As a first time user, I really like this product. The dispenser keeps the cream germ free, as opposed to other eye products I've tried where you use your fingers to scoop it out. A very small amount comes out for each application but it is more than enough. I like it.

Very nice eye cream
This is the second eye cream I’ve tried from Skin Medica; I’m not remembering the exact name of the other, newer product - supposed to “brighten”. I thought I’d try it as I love the other SkinMedica products I use like Advanced Essential Serum & HA moisturizer. Yet it wasn’t quite moisturizing enough for my “mature” skin; this was recommended @ Lovely Skin, and it is indeed more moisturizing. I also like eye creams, especially - because of going near to my sensitive eyes - to be pumped out of a little applicator, rather than dipping my fingers into a jar.

I love SkinMedica but had to discontinue using the illuminating eye cream due to the skin under the eye becoming dry and swollen. I am sure it will work for most, but I am definitely sensitive to a chemical in this particular product...sigh.

I felt a tingling sensation on my eyelids when I first applied the eye cream. Soon it resulted in redness and itchiness. I gave it a rest and used another brand of eye cream until my skin restored to normal ( about 2-3 weeks). Then I tried the Skinmedica eye cream again and it still gave me a rash. Eyelids were scaly and dry. I had to discard this product which was a waste and a disappointment..
