My hairdresser recommended this product to me several years ago, and I remain very pleased with how it "treats" my hair. I have fine hair - lots of it - not thin - and I'm cautioned to not wash my hair any more often than I need to. This shampoo (I also use the companion hydrate conditioner) keeps my hair shiny and lustrous.
