I love this product, when it dispenses properly. Sadly, the first several Pumps only produce the white part of the formula and the last several Pumps at the end are only the clear part. It would be perfect if they could figure out a way for both sides to pump evenly. This has happened to all Of the many containers of this I have purchased.

I’ve recently had three sessions of SkinPen, which is a micro needling treatment and its claims are the same as those for TNS. SkinPen is supposed to continue increasing collagen production for up to six months post treatment. I got the TNS as a booster. SO, I don’t know if my good results are from the serum or the SkinPen. It’s probably the combination. Either way I’m happy with my purchase.

This is truly a five star product, in my opinion. I only deduct one star because it is SO very costly! I would buy it more often and use it TWICE a day as directed if it was less expensive, because it actually WORKS. I'm using it primarily because I like the lifting/firming effect I get when I use it. I always use it when I am going out or want to look my very best, but I wish I could use it twice a day, every single day as I believe the results would be even more cummulative over time. Again, it works--it's just extremely costly, so I treat it as though it is very precious and conserve the useage.

In my 80's and have been using the SkinMedica TNS serum for years but "upgraded" to the TNS Advanced a few years ago. I like the fact that it contains growth factors as well as peptides -- a good combo for anyone but certainly welcomed at this stage of life. There is a slight tightening effect as well as reduction in pore size. Since I use a different cream at night that contains retinoic acid, I have been using the TNS only in the A.M. I imagine the benefits would be increased if used twice a day.
