Terrible bottle/pump
The lotion is wonderfully rich and moisturizing. The bottle with the pump is a disappointment. There can still be quite a bit lotion in the bottle but the pump no longer delivers it. It's a pretty big waste. My bottle is currently being kept upside down so I can dig out as much as I can. I can't believe how much is still in there but difficult to get out.

I love this lotion but am unhappy with the container top. Feels flimsy and easy to break. Top will not stay closed for travel. Prefer a regular top and closure.

I found this product is good, but it's not fantastic. It's very thick. I keep bouncing back between liking and hating it. I prefer Cerave or Vanicream than this product. Also, it smells strange. I am not sure if I will continue to buy this product after I finish this bottle. Will need to give it more uses.

Texture is good for super dry skin. Great for winter and it is odorless. The pump is not good though. It broke even after finishing the whole bottle, so I need to use a long spatula to get the remaining lotion.

My super dry skin needs intense moisture, but this feels almost suffocating on my body. Fine for hands and feet, or face right before sleep. It does work, but so does the lighter lotion form.

It feels moisturizing, but doesn't leave an oily residue (although if you use it on your hands, they will feel somewhat "slippery"). It is unscented, and does not have that chemical unscented smell. There may be better choices if you need "intense repair."
