I live in a very hot and dry climate and this really helps avoiding any smells or sweating. I just don't like that it leaves a white chalk-like residue. Overall it's a great product. Non irritating and dies not stain clothes

Like all Vanicream products, this one is gentle and doesn't irritate the skin. It's powerful enough to work, and my only concern is that the texture is a bit waxy or dry, making it harder to get on smoothly. Running it under warm water at first will help. Still a good product if your underarms are sensitive.

I always had itchy underarms, nothing seems to have agreed with me as I got older until I found this brand! OMG what a difference!! No underarm itch whatsoever, works amazingly well! I cannot tell you the number of times I have tried to find a deodorant that doesn’t give me a certain reaction. I’ve tried at least 25 through the years. Scented, unscented, natural, “organic”, you name it. I always had to have my hydrocortisone ointment ready a few days later because it would give me rashes that would burn. This is by far the only one that doesn’t give me any adverse reactions. I look forward to seeing how it works in summer.

A friend told me about this product and once I tried it I will never use anything else. This stuff works! It does not leave white stains on your clothing, stops perspiration and is an effective deodorant as well. It was out of stock for a while and I had to go back to drug store products that don’t work. It is impossible to find an antiperspirant that is fragrance free (without any masking fragrance) and unscented. This is the only one that I've ever found and I love it so much. There is no scent and it is the most enjoyable product I've ever used on my underarms. It keeps me from sweating, from smelling of body odor, and it lasts me from shower to shower (every other day). I hope they never discontinue this product and I highly recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin and sensitivity to fragrances!

I developed an allergy after my 20+ years of using another brand. I tried a couple of just aluminum free deodorants that didn't keep me dry at all, and I always felt sticky. I ordered this and it works very well for both deodorant and anti-perspirant. However, the solid breaks off easily only about half to two thirds of the way down the stick, every single time. I've been using it for about a year now and go through approx. one a month, on account of this. At the cost of these, they need a better insert that supports the stick.

This review is as a direct comparison to the regular Vanicream Deoderant which is my favorite, but was out of stock during my last order. For me, they both work equally well, however this one is harder to wash off. It also leaves white powdery marks on my shirts. Personally my suggestion is to try the regular first, and if that's not working for you try this one. Both did not irritate my fragrance allergy or sensitive skin concerns.
