My Dermatologist recommended TNS Serum many years ago, prior to the change to TNS Advanced Serum. It is too expensive for me to use twice a day. I use HA5 in the morning and TNS Advanced Serum on my face every evening. If I only used one product on my face, this would definitely be the one product I would use. I truly believe it has helped my old, sun-damaged skin and wrinkles.
