We strongly encourage you to place your order through the website for the highest level of accuracy, but our Customer Care team is happy to accommodate any order requests by phone. We’re here to provide you with skin care advice, helpful tips and recommendations for the best beauty products.

You may order by phone during the following hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9 – 6 p.m. CT
Friday: 9 – 5 p.m. CT
Saturday: 9 – 3 p.m. CT
Closed Sundays/Holidays

All calls will be answered in the order they are received. If you have a promotional code or gift certificate, please provide that to the Customer Care associate as soon as possible.

Due to our high volume of available samples, your free samples will be carefully hand-picked by our associates. We are not able to accommodate specific requests for samples on phone orders.

Please check your order confirmation email immediately after making your purchase to check it for accuracy. Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for any errors in the order, including the shipping address and purchased products.
