I have an olive complexion and I have always wanted to find something that would help with older scarring/pigmentation and the Severe Scar Serum absolutely delivers. After using it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed visible improvements in the reduction of my acne scars. I was even more surprised to see positive changes in areas affected by sun exposure and dark spots that my doctor wanted to burn off. This serum is more gel-like than serum-like, which actually works for me since I dislike serums that are greasy. I like to layer my products. What I especially appreciate is how well this serum integrates with other Psoria-Gold products. I’ve been using it alongside the Classic Regular Curcumin Gel as part of my daily routine. I have been using it under my day cream because it's really soothing and seems to prevent the breakouts if I use it with a heavier moisturizer. It's moisturizing but not greasy. It has a light herbal scent, but it's not perfumy. I noticed my skin is less flaky since using it, and I haven't broken out. I also noticed it doesn't feel so tight.
