If one of your promises is to take better care of your skin in the new year, our staff is right there with you. Here’s how to achieve your healthy skin care resolutions in 2016.

"I promise to wear my masks.”

If you need help remembering to add a weekly mask to your routine, you’re not alone. Bethany, one of our patient coordinators, has her basic routine down but wants to try adding a mask to her regimen.

“My skin care resolution is to use a facial mask at least once a week,” she says. “I’ll switch up the mask depending on how my skin is feeling.”

If your resolution is to mask weekly, follow Bethany’s lead. When her complexion is feeling parched this winter, she’ll be trying SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Masque to replenish her skin’s moisture.

Maybe your resolution for the new year is to focus a little more on the skin below the neck. Kristen, one of our aestheticians, is right there with you.
