This year, only 80 online companies received the Platinum Award. This represents only 1.7% of the North American Retailer Network. According to reviews and data on Bizrate Insights, these businesses go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to online shoppers.
This is the fourth year in a row that LovelySkin has been awarded this honor. Each company is scored on Bizrate Insights in a number of areas including overall satisfaction, product selection, on-time delivery and customer support. Businesses who score higher than average in all areas receive the Platinum Circle of Excellence Award.
