Disappointing waste of money

I have been using this exactly according to the instructions. In the middle of my treatment schedule (number 4 of 7), it stopped working. It should not be used up at this point because I have not been treating a large area. I have not seen any changes in hair growth yet either. The product does have a warranty against defects, but what are the chances the company will say it's defective and not just used up? So ... I was supposed to buy 2?
