Microplane Foot File

For best results, use on dry, moisture-free skin. Install skin receptacle into backside of file surface with smaller end located nearest to the handle. Remove protective cover from face of file. Gently move Foot File in a back and forth motion (in direction of rounded file surface ends) across the area of the foot to be treated, adding slightly more pressure as needed to achieve the desired result. AVOID moving the Foot File in a side-to-side or circular motion. Stop use when new skin is revealed or when callus has been removed, as overuse may cause feet to become sore. To dispose of skin filings, remove skin receptacle from Foot File by pressing on lined press point with thumb. The opposite end will pop up slightly: Use fingertip to loosen. Clean Foot File and skin receptacle after each use. Secure protective cover over file surface and re-install skin receptacle for storage between uses.

CAUTION: Do not use this product if you are diabetic, have poor blood circulation, or have any inflammation or open wounds on your feet. Always consult your physician if any of these conditions exist.
