This is definitely one of my best purchases of 2022. I’ve had rough, dry, flaky elbows for a few years now, and no amount of exfoliating or intensive moisture could heal them. Same with dry, cracked heels. However, this cream fixed both within two uses! I use it at bedtime on my elbows and feet, and just my elbows in the morning. I also like using it on my knees and elbows during the winter, but I don't recommend using it on chapped hands because it causes irritation, as the label suggests.
