This is my second Clarisonic- after many years, my old one bit the dust. No question I would replace it. I have dry sensitive skin, but it is not harsh on my skin. It clears off the grime so that the products my dermatologist recommends can really soak in. A great product.

I bought the Mia a couple of months ago, and I have to say I am pleased with the purchase. My acne has cleared up (I use it with a benzoyl peroxide cream cleanser) and although Im not really sure if my skin feels smoother, it definitely doesnt look dull anymore. I use it once a day at nighttime (Ive noticed my face gets red in the afternoon after using it in the morning--it seems using it in the morning may be making my skin more sensitive to sunlight or perhaps twice a day is too much for my sensitive skin--thus, I stick with only using it before bed). The system is easy to use and I like that it has a built-in 1 minute timer. The only downside is that the brush head needs to be replaced every few months. However, overall I would recommend it.
