Great Exfoliator
This little sponge is a miracle worker for sensitive skin. I love to exfoliate but I hate abrasive and "scratchy" sponges. This sponge is gentle enough for sensitive skin, elderly people who deal with thinning of their skin, patients using topical steroids that thin the skin and anyone battling eczema or psoriasis. I'm not sure if they make a sponge for the body but they should. This is definitely doctor approved!

Use for a proper cleanse
Love this sponge, it's great to scrub all the product off your face, versus just rinsing with water. I have two that I interchange between as I use them daily. I would recommend washing your sponge once per week to keep them clean, and put them in the sun to dry, if you can.

It's hard but when wet is really soft and cleans effectively. Best to take makeup off or exfoliate. I would buy 2, it gets dirty with makeup removal.

This is a great tool to remove a mask--you just wet the sponge and gently wipe off your mask. I then splash my face a couple of times to get it really clean. Done. Squeeze out the sponge to air dry for the next time. The sponge dries quickly and seems fresh each time, but I will probably nuke it in the microwave every now and then to make sure its bacteria-free. I use my masks more often because this has made the process easier and quicker for me.
