Best face and body sunscreen for outdoor activities
This formula is for those who like to spend time outside, swim, and sweat. It does have a slight "typical sunscreen smell" but it quickly goes away. I like to slather this stuff on my body and face when I go out on runs/walks and when I go to the beach. It does not feel heavy and it leaves a nice healthy glow on the skin (the glow is nothing crazy so it won't make you look greasy).

I've used EltaMD Clear SPF 46 sunscreen on my face for years; it's my go-to sunscreen for my face. I avoid sun exposure as much as possible and I use this on my arms when the weather warms up and I'm not wearing long sleeves. I don't wear shorts or skirts so my legs are always covered, otherwise I'd use it on my legs as well. It's a bit heavier than the facial sunscreen but it still goes on easily, isn't greasy, and feels good on my skin.

I’ve used Elta MD sunscreens and sunblocks for years. I purchased the Sport Water Resistant SPF 50 to use on my blond haired, blue eyed grandson while at the beach. It was easy to apply, even though he wasn’t very patient with application and allowing a few minutes drying time, but he didn’t get sunburned, not at all. Because zinc oxide is a sun block, not just a sun screen, it’s obviously white when applied, but because of the formulation it is moisturizing, spreads easily on the skin and actually is unnoticeable, especially on fair skin.
