It is the first Eminence product I have been able to use. I apply the fluid, very much like a serum, after using toner, but while my skin is still damp. I lightly press the areas of concern and wait a few minutes before applying anything else. I love the clean fragrance and have had no breakouts from this product. Use twice daily.
