Stone Crop Cleansing Oil: Love it!
My 62 yr old skin: menopausal, never used sunscreen in home state HI then NV, aging, melasma, acneic, skin barrier highly compromised (ultra sensitive: stinging, itching, scaling, peeling, oily yet dehydrated, was using Retin-A. HA, BHA/AHA, dimethicones/silicones, etc dried my skin. I broke out with mega doses of Vitamin B12 (common in Multi-vitamins). I have spent so much money on products & dermatologists. And I was miserable. Doing my research, I came upon Eminence. Organic, natural, clean, soothing ingredients. I quit my Retin-A (Curology brand), all toners, all cleansers. Great First Step to a Double-Cleanse
I use this as my first cleansing step before a gentle soapless cleanser. Like other reviews, I find that the oil alone does not leave the skin completely clean after a rinse, but I don't have any issue with that since I follow up with my cleanser. This oil does a great job breaking down and removing my pounds of sunscreen, works well for a face-massaging oil, and doesn't give me any issues with break-outs etc on my acne-prone skin.

I have used the Stone Crop Cleansing Oil for the last several months; usually, as part of my evening skincare routine. This cleansing oil satisfies my need for an effective oil-based cleanser; it is both a thorough cleanser/detoxifier, and a potent skin-nurturer. I am an advocate of using an oil-based cleanser and a water-based cleanser in succession, for end of day cleansing; the SCCO is my go-to oil-based cleanser, as it effectively cleanses-away sebum, makeup, and sunscreen..., again, while nourishing my skin cells. (Those micro-greens, tho!!) The SCCO helped my skin to recover from, and helps in the prevention of, hormonal breakouts; my nemesis. And its aroma is wonderful!

I luckily received a sample of this stone crop cleansing oil, or I would have not known about its therapeutic properties! The sample lasted for 3 generous uses, as I took it for a weekend getaway. It is excellent to pair with strawberry and rhubarb dermafoliant, or use alone. Really gives you the squeaky clean after rinsing. Highly recommend.

I love how hydrated my skin feels after using this. I’ve also used the stone crop gel cleanser, but this cleansing oil is the way to go!! My previous cleanser was the Babor hy oil, and I liked it. But, this takes the cake because it’s only 1 step.
