I got a sample first and decided that it's worth trying. I bought a full size recently, and it works good for diminishing brown spots on my face, not eliminate them completely though and it has to be used every day to get even these results. No smell, which I like.

I got this product to help combat my hormonal acne. The dermatologist recommended azelaic acid and said it was safe to use during pregnancy. It also has a small amount of glycolic acid which is also good for acne. I use this as an evening treatment or mix a small amount into my p.m. moisturizer. It is expensive, but hopefully, the results are worth it!
