I purchased these supplements after reading an article written by a dermatologist who suffers from melasma, which is what I have too. This is my second bottle of supplements and I will continue to use this product because I have seen excellent results. On the recommendation of two different dermatologists, I have been taking Heliocare for 16 years. I have fair skin with freckles, and got some blistering sunburns as a teenager. Since taking Heliocare, I never get burned anymore. My skin looks darned good for someone of 69 years and I often have people tell me I look much younger. One of the doctors told me that if I do anything for my skin, it should be to take this. I do also use natural sunscreen (with a pretty low SPF, usually 30 ) almost every day, as recommended. I highly recommend this for anyone who has skin damage or who wants to prevent it.
