This product continues to give me excellent results in ''lifting," and smoothing areas that are prone to sagging at my age (67). I occasionally switch to the TNS Essential Serum, but end up coming back to this product. It seems to have more effect, particularly in the under eye area. It also seems to give my lower face contour. The only thing it does not do is help the deep crease between my eyes and the upper lip lines. I am still looking for a product that is effective for those two areas.

This is an excellent serum. I have used similarly priced serums, but I would have to say that I prefer this one. It is fragrance-free, absorbs well, and works well for those with sensitive skin and mild rosacea. I have been using Neocutis for years and this Bio-Serum has the most growth factors (in their line) which is why it is more costly (as serums do give you the most results). I like using this product post laser and/or post-procedure (CHECK WITH YOUR PROVIDER) all over my face, neck, chest and hands. On other days, I like to layer it around the nasolabial folds area/the entire mouth area actually and under my eyes before I apply the Neocutis LUMIERE RICHE Balm. It absorbs well and I apply it right after my Obagi Cleanser and either Obagi Toner and/or Avene Thermal Spring Water or La Roche Thermal Spring Water.
