I'm 31 years old still dealing with hormone acne. I've used everything you can think of, prescribed stuff & over the counter. I started using the whole Clenziderm kit: cleanser, toner, treatment. After 2 months I was clearing up and now after using a year I rarely ever get a breakout. It has helped tremendously with my blackheads as well.

Been using it for more than a year now and I can guarantee you that it truly works! It even effectively removes makeup. I'm using this together with other Clenziderm products. I rarely have any acne breakouts now. There are still some appearing at least once or twice a month, but not as big or as bad as before when I was still using other products.

Great for oily skin
I prefer the Obagi cleanser foaming gel that I have been using for years over this because this is more for oily skin and mine is dry other than the clogged pore areas. It is a great product, just not as well suited for my entire face as the other stuff. I am glad I gave it a try.

I have been using this face wash for 3 years after my esthetician recommended it to me!!! This in conjunction with monthly microdermabrasion cleared my skin. I have dry skin so at first you will go through a phase of extreme dryness and flakiness but please trust me it will pass and when it does you will be so happy with the results!!!!! My esthetician's office stopped selling it so I had to go back to using other face washes such as the dermalogica acne line and my skin looked TERRIBLE, but thank god for the Internet! I turned my boyfriend on to this face wash and it cleared up his cystic acne! I highly highly highly recommend!

I love this cleanser for problematic skin. I do however need to use a moisturizer with it to avoid drying out the lower half of my face. Other then that I have noticed improvements in acne with continuous use of this cleanser along with the pore solution.

I don't know why it took me so long to find this product. I have suffered with sensitive, acne prone skin for years and this face wash is just what I needed to keep my breakouts at bay. I recently came off a round of steroids for an inflammatory disorder and experienced the worst breakouts of my life for months. I was religiously using prescription acne cream but even that was not helping the breakouts to subside. Then I ordered this face wash and soon after I started using it I noticed a drastic difference in my acne. The blemishes seemed to not fully develop, were less painful and dried up faster. In addition, soon after my breakout finally subsided (not 100% sure it was related but I will definitely say that this face wash helped). I am still using it with my prescription cream and my skin continues to remain mostly clear and the scars are even finally starting to fade. Beside the preventative benefits of this face wash, I LOVE the smell and it even tingles a bit when you put it on. Often times I will smooth it on and leave it for 10 minutes like a facial. Will continue to buy this face wash!!
