Great for adult acne
I was originally "prescribed" this line by my derm and purchased it at her clinic. I had horrible acne as a result of an emergency hysterectomy and the ensuing hormonal changes. This line cleared my skin quickly and has kept the acne at bay without the use of any other topical treatments such as Retin-A. Please do not hesitate to purchase this product. It is worth every dime. Seriously, I was embarrassed to go out of my house prior to finding this product and now I rarely have a pimple. The cleanser stings a little at first use but your skin adjusts. My skin is sensitive and I originally started out using this with my Clarisonic with the brush for acne prone skin. I found it was too harsh of a combination at first. I had to work up to using my Clarisonic with this line. I highly recommend anything Obagi. It is my go-to for my skin needs!

This cleanser is really great - it leaves a nice tingly feeling on the skin, even after its rinsed off. It doesnt dry the skin excessively like a lot of other acne cleansers, and a little goes a long way. I am acne prone, even at 36, and I need to stay away from oils and parabens, so this is a great choice for a cleanser. Since it contains salicylic acid, and not benzoyl peroxide, it can be used along with the Obagi Clear 3 (which I also love). Awesome cleanser!
