Helps with existing acne =)
I can't say this helps to prevent future breakouts as I still break out on regular bases but it does seem to help with existing acne, as it heals faster. Lately I have been using it on my chest and back because it's a hot summer and sometimes I break out when working out a lot in a heat. I love this container because it is easy to use and very hygienic .This works better when used in a system together with other clenziderm products since it preps the skin for acne treatment as it meant to exfoliate the skin gently. While I love the smell of this product, per my dermatologist, it is best to stick with fragrance-free products when treating acne-prone and hormonal skin issues so unless they remove the fragrance I don't think I'll repurchase.

Keeps pores clear
I don't have an acne issue, but I will get a few pesky blackheads regularly. Using this toner helps to keep them at bay and helps to keep my complexion clear. Although the toner has never given me trouble (unless I rub my eyes right after application--ouch!), I imagine that it may be a little harsh for some sensitive skin types. But, it works great for me. I have not used any type of toner for years. I was looking for something to help with my pores and ran across this. Since I use obagi cleanser, felt comfortable giving it a try. Apply with a cotton ball. A little goes a long way. It stings enough to make me feel like it is doing something more than a final cleaning but not so much that it is uncomfortable. It does not dry out my 60 year old skin which is great since the main reason I have not used toner is fear of drying. I have only used it for a week so dont know what impact on pores it will have. Will follow up in a month and let you know!

However, the packaging/cap is not super tight and Ive had at least one bottle leak during shipment. Seller promptly replaced, which was great. I think that this product together with the cleanser and benozyl peroxide treatment may be too harsh for the skin. However, what I do is I just use this toner 1x/day so that it doesnt dry my skin too much. And so far the results are good as it really toned my acne down.

Great product for Acne/Boil Relief
My mother has been using the entire line of Clenziderm. Though this product burned her initially, I encouraged her to continue with the regime but to use less and reduce her daily applications. She is quite satisfied with the results. She used Proactiv previously without being pleased with the results. Once she would cease, her condition would worsen when she was on Proactiv. That's not the case with Clenziderm. She has seen her out breaks reduce (cease) and boils diminish dramatically. My mother is 76 and often mistaken for being in her early 50's. We credit the Obagi line and being blessed with good genes for this. It's the next best thing to the fountain of youth.
