I have extremely stubborn adult acne, which is unresponsive to antibiotics, isotretinoin, over-the-counter meds, etc. At first, I was skeptical. I thought that this is just another overpriced salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. But for some reason, it works much better than other brands that I've tried.
