I have tried quite a few lip plumper's with some success. Most of them provide some plumping but it's short lived. They are more like lip gloss with something to give you a quick pop but needs to used again and again through the day. As soon as it goes on, it "fills" lip lines and makes lips look smoother. I am even able to put lipstick on top of it, although it does soften the color.
