I love many PCA products, but this toner is one of my must-have favorites! I cant believe I spend over $30 on a simple toner, but Ive never come across anything so complete with antioxidants and truly effective! Not a toner as much as it is a rebalance
This "toner" really does a nice job of rebalancing the skin and making what residue is left from cleansing, clean for the next process you might apply with creams and make up. I like it best of any I have tried and at 62, I have tried plenty. In fact, I think toners other than this one, are a waste of money. Make up goes on well afterwards as the face is smooth and at the right pH for your day. Give it a try and see! It is affordable.
