Qtica Intense Lip Moisturizer truly lives up to the product name!!! My lips feel hydrated and plumped. I have also noticed diminished wrinkle appearance above my upper lip line after a couple weeks of use!!! It is a little bit thick, creamy balm and you still have to use one with SPF during the day.
