I’ve only been using this 2-3 weeks. I’m still using it every other day as I have very sensitive skin. There has been no irritation at all so I will move up to daily and finally twice daily use over time. I think my neck skin feels firmer, but it is likely from the extra moisturizing and not a retinol effect. I know long term regular use needed for true results; however, so far so good. I trust Skinceuticals implicitly based on years of using their Phloretin CF. I’ve ordered 3 more of their products recently and am excited to see the results.
