I went to the dermatologist, and she thought it might be pre-cancerous or psoriasis, so she wanted to wait while I tried a prescription for it. At the dermo's office they had this on sale. I used it in the past and decided to buy it again. I didn't pick the prescription and started using this and now that patch is gone (8 months). I love this stuff it works great on my skin I know it's pricey but for me it's worth it and it lasts a long time. I use it at night, and I am prone to dry skin. Happy with the results and whatever the patch of dryness was it's gone now. :) If I could improve one thing it would be the delivery system on this. I wish it was in an air-tight container that you pumped to get the product.
