Jury is still out since I haven't used the product long enough. It does go on smoothly, it's not greasy, but also is very moisturizing. Will it help with the firmness and crepiness? I hope so but the jury is still out.

Feels really good going on but no visible signs of improvement in skin quality. I always use some sort of neck cream & to me, they're all about the same. I've got older skin however so maybe I'm expecting miracles!!!

Caused some irritation
I used this for a few weeks. I discontinued using this for the time being until my skin calms down. This seemed to be the culprit of my neck irritation. I do admit to having really sensitive skin on my neck. If your skin is not sensitive, give this a try as SkinMedica products are generally excellent.

I love the way this makes my skin feel on my neck and décolleté. I do love this product and feel it makes my neck look a little less crepe. The product smooths on smells nice and does what it claims in that it causes some tightening of the skin. Good absorption, no irritation to the skin
I started to see some horizontal lines on my neck area and decided to try this cream. It has nice texture, absorbs well and upon application I can feel there is a tightening effect. I have been using one bottle and yet to see improvement in the lines that started to form but I will continue using the product.
