As stated in my review for the awaken shampoo, this is a nice product - very refreshing. Although the shampoo did not make my highlighted blonde hair smooth or moisturized, the conditioner did more. It contains palm and coconut oils which were able to smooth my hair more than the shampoo. I love the refreshing scent and the way it feels on my scalp. Not sure if it does anything for hair loss LOL

nice texture
Unlike the awaken shampoo, this one smells more to me like tea tree. It does have the cooling or tingling properties of the shampoo. This conditioner has a unique texture, kind of thin but pasty. It feels light and is easy to rinse out. It does not seem to leave any residue. It left my hair fluffy but not overly moisturized.
