Vanicream body wash only wash I can use
Due to lichen sclerosis and extreme eczema, I can’t use soap of any kind. even Dove soap, they are triggers for my sensitive skin. Extreme itching and inflammation, this is the only body wash I can use.

Although I find sensitive skin benefits from no soap/cleanser at all, this stuff is very mild and non-irritating when I do need a little extra cleanse.

Great for sensitive skin
Causes no irritation at all on my terribly sensitive skin, still foams and feels like a "regular" cleanser. It's a cost-effective option too! In a pinch I've used it as body wash and shampoo, which it works fine for. I'll probably use this cleanser for the rest of my life, I hope they never change it.
