Watch as Kristen shares her secrets on how to create the illusion of fuller-looking lips.
Hi guys, welcome back. I’m Kristen, an aesthetician here at LovelySkin, and on today’s tutorial we’re going to be talking about how to create the illusion of fuller lips. So let’s get started.
So the first step to create that fuller lip is to actually moisturize your lips. So you’re going to be using a chapstick. This will just help increase the volume naturally by hydrating your lips. So the one I’m going to be using today is actually the FixMySkin balm. It’s not only good for hydrating your lips but it’s great for bug bites, psoriasis, eczema, mosquito bites, poison ivy. You can use this stuff for anything. And it was even developed by our own Dr. Joel Schlessinger and his son, Daniel.
So next we’re going to grab a lip liner. This is actually what’s going to help create that illusion of the fuller lip. So for your lip liner color, you want to find the closest color that’s going to match your actual natural lip color. So today I’m going to be using the Youngblood, it’s in the color of Au Natural, and to create that fuller illusion, you want to make sure that you draw on the outside of your lip line but don’t go too far, just right at the very outside. So the next step after you’re done lining is to go ahead and just fill in the rest of your lips with the pencil.
Alright guys so the final step is to go ahead and choose any lip color that you want. Today I’m going to be using the new PlayOn Lip Crayon by jane iredale in the color of Charming. And you can go ahead and just full in the rest of your lips with this color or you can use a brush for a little bit more accurate precision.
Alright guys and it’s as simple as that. So super easy way to create that fuller-looking lip. As always, you can find all of our products that we used here today at either LovelySkin.com or you can visit our retail store. So thank you so much for watching and I’ll see you next time. Buy guys.
