The name of this product does not lie as it is extremely stimulating in the form of hear. My face almost felt like it was on fire but somehow it is satisfying. I don’t leave this mask on for a very long time as I don’t feel I can tolerate it. This is probably due to the fact that I use a lot of chemical exfoliating products in my regular routine. This would be suitable for more frequent use if your routine was more simple without many actives. I don’t use it very often but when I do use it, I get a bit of a glow once the redness subsides.
