I’ve been trying to shampoo my hair only once a week and use this every other wash (so basically every other week) to remove ALLLL the product buildup and deep clean my scalp. I let it sit for a few minutes while I shave, but don’t let it process for too long or it’ll dry your hair out. Using this seems to help me go longer between shampoos while keeping my hair looking fresh for longer.
